Martina Morell, MA
Inspiration and empowerment are at the heart of her work. Martina genuinely enjoys working with people – and it shows. With her respectful and solution-oriented approach, she enables her clients to act in a self-reflective, responsible, and goal-oriented manner, even in challenging situations. This makes it easier to open up, recognize their own needs, and communicate expectations – both of themselves and others – openly.
From her personal leadership experience, she knows that leadership isn't always easy. "Sunshine-weather management" usually comes easily – but true leadership reveals itself when storms arise, when changes are imminent, or uncertainty emerges.
Accepting change as a constant, feeling comfortable in uncertainty, inspiring as a leader, and supporting leaders and teams in developing and achieving goals – this forms the core of their consulting work.
Her business administration background, her numerous training courses and further education with international experts, and her experience as an executive combine with a deep understanding of psychology and group dynamics. This interplay makes her a valued coach and sparring partner for top and middle management.
Martina is passionate about working internationally and enjoys the exchange and collaboration in different cultures – always with the goal of promoting sustainable development, connection and impact.
When she is not working, she spends her time with her family, enjoys sailing and diving, or enjoys nature on long runs.

Stefanie Bräuer-Veigel, MA
She inspires people. She is convinced that everyone has the power to surpass themselves – and that leadership plays a central role in this: as the key to developing potential and achieving sustainable success.
She sees leaders as both architects and gardeners – they design sustainable structures and create fertile ground for work environments where trust can grow. For her, trust is the most stable foundation – especially in times of change.
In her workshops, she sees herself as a guide with a well-stocked toolbox in the areas of communication, leadership, and mental fitness. Like a gardener, she works with participants to prepare the soil so that trust and performance can develop organically and sustainably.
She enjoys accompanying individuals and teams on their journey. Her goal is to prepare the ground, strengthen commitment, promote satisfaction, and establish a culture of connection – a culture that sustains.

Yvonne Poul, MBA
After more than ten years as an executive and authorized signatory in the IT industry, Yvonne knows: Successful leadership needs clarity, attitude and a connection to oneself – no bending, no adapting, no rigid knight's armor.
Our (business) world is undergoing a transformation: it needs more authenticity, the courage to be human, and diversity instead of uniformity. Yvonne supports leaders and organizations precisely on this path. Her focus is on: expert leaders, women in leadership, and organizations that want not only to change their culture but to shape it.
Her approach is evidence-based, systemic, and experiential – grounded in Positive Leadership, modern leadership research, and systemic consulting. With a keen sense for dynamics, clear communication, and extensive experience, Yvonne guides individuals and teams in rethinking leadership – as a source of growth, meaning, and vitality.
Yvonne founded the association MADITA on a voluntary basis and still leads it today. The association is committed to empowering women and girls – through creative projects, educational initiatives, and community formats in companies that encourage, give a voice, and create visibility.

Dr. Hildegard Etz
Hildegard has been a skipper and sailing instructor, specializing in women, for many years. This is particularly important to her because her experience shows that women simply have different questions and a different approach than men.
Together with Martina, she leads the time2sail retreats and seminars on the open sea. While Martina takes the lead in coaching, Hildegard takes the lead as skipper.
The sailboat provides the perfect setting to distance oneself from the world for a while and to look deeply into oneself. It is also a safe haven on the high seas.

Norbert Holoubek
Becoming an actor was his childhood dream; Mickey Mouse in Disneyland would have been just as acceptable.
It all started with his acting training in Vienna. Afterwards, engagements as a performer took him to several stages throughout the German-speaking world, including the Theater an der Wien, Bayreuth, the Schwäbisch Hall Open-Air Theatre, etc.
Soon, however, he found the other side of the stage more exciting: that of director and writer. And so, over the past 20 years, he has written and directed numerous plays. For the last 15 years, he has primarily worked for "teatro" at the Mödling City Theatre, where he plays a leading role in the world premieres of musicals. Every year, he writes the libretto for a new musical and directs it. He has enjoyed great success working alongside a wonderful team. "The Song of the Nibelungs" premiered in 2024. In 2018, "Alice in Wonderland" even won the Papageno Award. "Anne Frank" was also a great success.
In addition, he is a lecturer and teaches acting and improvisation. He observes and studies people, their body language, their psychology, their fears, and their authenticity, helping them discover themselves, inviting them to look behind their masks, push their boundaries, and providing many playful prompts that encourage greater self-confidence, ease, clarity, and strength. Above all, they foster a better and more authentic presence and stage presence.
